DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Postage charges are free within France. Orders are shipped by La Poste with a tracking number.
Each piece is individually handcrafted and no two pieces are the same. These slight variations contribute to the authenticity and uniqueness of each item.
If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it unworn and in its original packaging within 7 days from receipt, for refund or exchange. Please notify us before returning your purchase.
Worn items will not be accepted.
We will process a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, exclusive of delivery costs.
For returns from outside France, customs duties and sales tax are also non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If the item arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by email along with a photo of the damaged item (for insurance purposes), quoting your order number. We will process a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, exclusive of delivery costs.
