Flat disc necklace in metallic effect artisanal paper

This metallic effect long necklace will add a touch of glamour, elegance and sophistication to any outfit. Much of its allure comes from its incredible lightness, which means the discs catch the slightest movement of air, turning and twisting to catch the light.

This original piece is constructed from a sandwich of metallised paper around a woven fabric layer which is then finished with a special varnish, making it surprisingly strong. Each piece is uniquely created, with a hand-crafted finish.

Inspired by nature, Ana, the artist, plays with paper to create volumes and shapes, attracted to this material because of its many textures, celebrating its ephemeral and tactile qualities.
