These beautiful polished bowls are made from cow (Zebu) horn. They are perfect for snacks, to store jewellery, or just to be beautiful!
Horn is a by-product of the zebu, which, it goes without saying, is not an endangered species. The zebu lives in its natural Madagascan environment and in free range. The talented artisans, using their traditional methods, heat the horn, which then allows them to work it into the desired form. Each piece is therefore unique, and this material is known for its strength and resistance.
