Black short-sleeved top, bias cut

The short-sleeved black top clearly has to be part of the basics collection. But to be able to go with everything, it must combine style, personality and comfort. Which is where the bias cut comes in.

I do not know a dressing room worthy of the title that does not include a black short-sleeved top. Black short-sleeved tops go with skirts, trousers, dresses, jeans and even shorts. But the same black top can only really combine with everything else if the design incorporates fluidity and drape, elasticity and fullness.

This is the case of my black top: it mixes elegance and comfort, personality and simplicity. The bias cut, which I particularly like, creates a verticality, gives a graphic line to the subtle and sober garment.  

A style of black top that fits all silhouettes

In addition to the fluidity of the bias cut, the short sleeves and the curve of the shoulders contribute to give this black top a graceful fullness, a more unusual drop, a rounded yet singular personality.

The major advantage of this blouse is that it is both wide, ample and just long enough, stopping just above the hips. And, again, the bias makes the fabric dance discreetly over your curves, covering them and delicately highlighting your shape.
